Privacy Policy
For this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dhennver.com and TipTopYou in connection with the websites, services and offers that link to this page. “You” means a visitor, customer, participant or person who communicates with us.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact information, such as your name, telephone number, email address and billing details.
- Booking and transaction information, including the service purchased, amount, payment status, invoice details and transaction reference. Payment-card or banking details are generally processed by the authorised payment channel rather than stored by us in full.
- Service information you choose to provide when enquiring about or participating in healing sessions, consultations, coaching, mentoring, masterclasses, workshops or programmes.
- Communications, such as enquiries, feedback, testimonials, support requests and correspondence.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with our website or advertisements.
- Marketing preferences, including whether you have agreed to receive updates and offers.
2. How we collect information
We may obtain information directly from you through our websites, forms, bookings, purchases, questionnaires, sessions and communications. We may also receive limited information from service providers such as payment processors, registration platforms, email tools, analytics providers and advertising platforms.
3. Why we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and administer registrations, bookings and purchases.
- To deliver services, masterclasses, workshops, programmes, coaching and mentoring.
- To process and verify payments, refunds, receipts and transaction records.
- To send operational information, including confirmations, reminders, venue details and changes.
- To provide customer support and maintain the safety and integrity of our services.
- To understand website and campaign performance and improve our content and offers.
- To send marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. You may opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.
4. When we disclose information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose only what is reasonably necessary to:
- Payment, booking, website-hosting, email, analytics, advertising, cloud-storage and professional service providers acting for us.
- Venues, facilitators or delivery partners where necessary to provide the service you requested.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors or potential business transferees under appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
- Public authorities or other parties where disclosure is required or authorised by law, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and safeguards and to comply with applicable Malaysian requirements.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our websites may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand visits, measure advertising and show more relevant messages. These technologies may be provided by services such as website hosts, analytics providers and advertising platforms, including Meta.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and adjust advertising preferences through the relevant platform. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies.
Your personal-data rights
Subject to applicable law and permitted exceptions, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information.
- Provide access to or correct your personal information.
- Withdraw consent to processing that relies on consent.
- Stop direct-marketing communications.
- Consider a request to delete, restrict or transfer information where such a right applies.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may limit our ability to provide a requested service.
If you believe your personal data has been processed in breach of Malaysian law, you may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
These terms apply to services purchased from us, including alternative or energy-healing services, remote sessions, consultations, coaching, mentoring, masterclasses, workshops, programmes, events and multi-session packages.
1. Appointment-based services
- To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Requests received at least 24 hours beforehand may be rescheduled or considered for a refund, subject to this policy.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, late arrivals and missed appointments are normally non-refundable. We may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
2. Masterclasses, workshops, programmes, events and packages
- A cancellation request must be submitted within seven calendar days of purchase and, for a scheduled event or programme, at least 48 hours before it begins.
- Once a masterclass, workshop, programme, event, package or included service has begun, been attended, accessed or partly used, the purchase is normally non-refundable.
- Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund. A transfer to another eligible participant or later date may be allowed at our discretion.
- Digital materials are non-refundable after they have been downloaded, accessed or delivered, except where required by law.
3. Completed or partially delivered services
No refund is available for a completed service. Where a package or programme has been partly delivered and we approve a refund, we may deduct the normal price of services already provided, any non-recoverable third-party costs and the administration fee described below.
4. Administration fee
The administration fee will not apply where:
- We cancel the service and do not provide a suitable alternative accepted by you.
- A duplicate payment or incorrect charge is confirmed.
- A full refund is required by applicable law.
5. Changes or cancellation by us
We may change a facilitator, format, venue or schedule where reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, you may choose a fee-free refund of the amount paid for the cancelled portion. We are not responsible for unrelated travel, accommodation or personal expenses unless required by law.
6. How to request a refund
Submit your request through our contact page and include your full name, contact details, service or event, purchase date, payment reference and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are returned through the original or another authorised payment channel where practicable. We generally initiate an approved refund within 7–14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement will prevail.
